RealtyBlocks - Terms of Use

Welcome to realtyblocks.com (hereinafter "RealtyBlocks", "we", "us", or "our"). RealtyBlocks is a technology platform offering subscription-based services to real estate professionals and related users in India. By accessing or using RealtyBlocks services, including our website, applications, APIs, and related tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

  • "User" or "You" means any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

  • "Subscriber" means a User who has registered and paid for subscription services.

  • "Service" means all software, website, applications, and associated services provided by RealtyBlocks.

  • "Company", "we", or "us" refers to RealtyBlocks, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. The Service is intended for use in compliance with applicable laws, including RERA and other real estate regulations. You are solely responsible for your own compliance.

3. Subscription Model and Fees

  • RealtyBlocks operates as a subscription-based technology platform providing tools such as CRM, lead management, transaction dashboards, and analytics.

  • RealtyBlocks is not a real estate agent, broker, or intermediary and does not charge any commission or transaction-based fees.

  • Subscription fees are fixed and not contingent on transaction outcomes.

  • All brokerage arrangements occur independently between brokers, buyers, and sellers.

4. Account Registration and Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.

5. User Responsibilities and Content

  • You must not post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or harmful.

  • You warrant that you own or have the rights to any property listings or content you upload.

  • RealtyBlocks reserves the right to monitor and remove content at its discretion.

6. Verification and Accuracy

  • RealtyBlocks may conduct basic verification but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any listing or user data.

  • Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including property verification and legal compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, software, and other intellectual property in the Service is owned or licensed by RealtyBlocks.

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

  • The Service may contain links to third-party websites or tools.

  • RealtyBlocks is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using the Service, you consent to such data collection and usage practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • RealtyBlocks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

  • Total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

  • RealtyBlocks does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.

12. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealtyBlocks and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or unlawful activity.

  • Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

  • These Terms may be updated periodically.

  • Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

  • Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India.

  • Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Hyderabad under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The decision will be binding.

16. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining Terms remain enforceable.

  • Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

  • RealtyBlocks reserves the right to update, maintain, or suspend the Service at its discretion.
